It could be a low signal or signal loss from the antenna causing it. Due to our location So not holding this against the TV. A little irritating that each time you turn the tv on. You have to go through a lengthy process of making selections. Wish could save the settings. Make it turn on and watch. Great having the ability to download free tv services that allow more channel selections.

Also it doesn't always turn on from the remote, sometimes have to turn on from the button on the tv. overall it's a decent tv.

Great For a Small TV
