Waste of time
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picked it up thru curbside pickup service which was great. Opened the box and turned the TV on only to find out completely messed up screen display (no physical damage to TV noticed, but did some damage to outer packing) Returned the unit immediately. Best Buy’s response was likely the box wasn’t handled properly during unloading and that this is common around this time! If I shopped in person I probably would have noticed the damage to the box and probably asked for a different one. What a terrible waste of time. Why couldn’t BestBuy do a better job at inspecting before shooing it off to customers? Worst experience. Very disappointed.
