Poor quality TV

It has many defects. The volume is low and it goes up. Only the remote control gets stuck. It doesn’t receive the command on the TV. I have to remove the plug and place it several times. Actually, I don’t recommend this brand of television. They didn’t continue because it was a cheap TV. It’s better to pay a little more and buy a TV a little better quality. Thank you
