Randomly keeps shutting down apps

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tv works great when it wants too but is very finicky and will randomly quit itself out of the app we are watching and sometimes will do it repeatedly. Bought the tv in November 2020, its now august of 2020. The glitching isnt just one app either we've had it happen on most of the apps. Maybe if they fix the reason it keeps shutting down itd be a 5 star review
