Works with Alexa - most of the time

Occasionally, Alexa will not recognize it and I have to find the remote. Had trouble connecting to one of my streaming services so I had to buy a Roku to amplify and get a better signal. One of the better Smart TVs because it includes the Prime App - had to return the previous smart tv I bought because Prime Video was not available.
