Hulu reception: Intermittent (blank Screen) Video
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beware: If you want to receive Hulu on this FireTv you will find many of the channels will only have audio, but no video. Amazon did an update on the system on or around November 11, 2012, since then Hulu had the above described problem. I also have two 24" Insignia FireTv's, and they along with this F20 series all suffer from the same problem. I have spent some amount of time on the phone with Insignia support/Amazon and the Insignia Amazon specialist. They admit to the update, and say they are working on it, but so far the problem exists. I will be returning the 32", but sadly the 24" ones are beyond the return limit. Do not get a FireTV, get a dumb TV and a FireStick you'll be happy. Other than that the TV works great, outstanding picture and performance. But, no Hulu!!!
