Very unhappy. But then Bret made it better and got the tv.

I know it has alexa control but the thing that came as a free gift w alexa some how got shipped to a different address so I have to call to get it reshipped to the correct address. Maybe it will be a 5star product once I can control the TV with my voice w alexa.

Purchased for bedroom and it doesn’t get watched much. 1st Fire TV we have owned. I like the app a availability but didn’t realize you cannot have it default to cable or satellite input when you turn it on. We have to use two remotes in order to watch satellite.

These mostly young people working there really know their electronics. I have never purchased anything electronic , or refrigerator, stove, etc; from anywhere since Best Buy opened in Greenfield.
