Beware of BestBuy open box
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these TV's assuming that since they were geek squad certified they would work I didn't open them until about a month and a half later. 2 worked the other 2 didn't. And I was informed I couldn't return or exchange them. I've purchased alot from this company, and disappointed that they lied on description some were missing remotes and feet for the TV stand. They turned on but we're unusable since TV couldn't process remote entry. And the TV doesn't have button but power. I won't buy anymore open box products from BestBuy since they're descriptions are inaccurate. And the geek squad certification means nothing.

As far as recommending it to a friend, I am "neutral" because I am unfamiliar with the alternatives. CUDOS TO BB

Wanted a 32"smart tv for neice in college - BB had it 3. Needed a cord for my iphone - BB had it 4. Wanted a back-up camera for neice's car -BB had it Cudos to BB (Best Buy). Cudos to Sales Assoc's also

Good TV for the price

One worked great other had a popping noise every few seconds. Returning for replacement. Speakers are very tinny sounding had to turn bass way up and treble down just a little. They could use some improvement. Lightweight and assembled easily.

So fare I have purchase 7 or 8 of them in different sizes. They offer great options for external connections. I use mine for when I DJ or KJ.

Fire stick power is great

Black colors get Pixelated But the plus is all the apps. But that too has its limits. There are some major video apps that are not available. All n all it’s a good tv for a knock around tv

It doesn't have a channel button so I don't know what channel it is on It is confusing trying to figure out how to use all the applications A users guide would be helpful
