FIRST FLST SCREEN FOR MY BEDROOM THAT TIME, TILL NOW STILL THE SAME BUT NOT SMART TV, NOW I GET THE SAME BUT TWO TV, 32" AND 24" BOTH GREAT QUALITY AND MOST BETTER IS THE VOICE ORDER MAKE EVERYTHING EASY. My first one was broken in the box and I feel like I could sneeze and break this one. Not quite satisfied with all the apps that are available, but that is not the TV’s fault. Great picture!

Remote failure

On the 3rd time turning on the Amazon remote does not work. Called I signs customer support and trouble shooted and decided a new remoter needs to be sent. Great support but a remote should not break after 3 uses.

Waiting for my new tv

Was supposed to be a next day delivery. You can’t call the store to get any information and going online was worthless. After three days I went to the store and had to purchase another tv and wait for the refund to my credit card.

Easy access tv

Handy to get shows you may have missed on your satellite or cable. Nice also to have built in Alexa with a voice remote.

Runs at a snail pace and typically does not work

It is so unbelievably slow and the functions only sometimes work. For instance when I click a movie selection, most of the time the tv will attempt to load and then kick me out of my profile all together. It’s incredibly aggravating as I bought this TV for my kids to use and be able to access the Speaking commands on the remote which also do not work. It’s not my Internet, I’ve tested it, and every other electronic runs quickly and easily in the house. So disappointed.
