I bought this for my husband for his birthday and fathers day and the only problem we have is that he has no idea how to use and of the smart tv aspects of the tv. Other then that i love this tv. I have one just like it and they are great

we needed an extra tv for my mom. delivery was key

Great tv for the money and the picture is outstanding

Its good, set up was kinda frustrating. Had to reset it cause the remote wasnt linking. But overall so far. Its good. Its for the kids, so they enjoy it.

Was looking forward to purchasing this TV for my daughters room, not a bad TV for the price. But after unboxing the TV it took a very long time for the TV just to update, rebooted then updated once again. After that was able to setup the TV but it seems very sluggish while in Fire TV... it takes a few from when you press a button for it to actually respond. Then the remote ecides to start updating and hasnt worked since. Trying to Goolge how to reset this Fire TV remote or we will need to get another. May be lookiong to return this TV if this persists. Disappointed

picture and sound are good..... but will not work with my cabletv. I have tried several different HDMI cables and get nothing but static. connected the cable box with same cable to another tv and fine. just won't on this new tv.

I really have no problem with the tv itself. I think a lot of the features are all about personal preference. I will admit it did take some getting used to since my other TVs are Roku sets. BUT it has the absolute crappiest remote. It drains the LIFE out of batteries extremely quickly. I’ve tried cheap, expensive, and now I’m using rechargeable batteries because I was going through them so fast. Honest to goodness truth I put fresh batteries in on Monday it is now Friday and I got a notification saying the batteries are extremely low and that I needed to change them. That’s down right ridiculous to me so that’s the reason behind me knocking it down a couple of stars

Great installation process. I loved how they set it up quickly , explained it how it works to us. Every since the installation it has worked perfectly. The GEEK SQ is the best way to get things installed tag home.

No complaints! A little trouble getting my mom's to work with a Comcast Xfinity cable box, but that was probably the box's fault. I have my own at home, plugged straight into a wired Ethernet, and streaming and quality is great.

great bargain. initial setup and software update took longer than anticipated because i updated the TV remote, which caused everything to freeze. fortunately, a quick web search resolved this issue by resetting the remote control.

TV worked well until I lost at a game of call of duty and threw a hammer through it other than that no complaints not hammer proof

love that it includes the firetv option on the set.

My sales person was great!!! Out tv at home died today and we got our money back because we purchased a 5yr plan. She guided us to a great product and handled the money transfer seamlessly. Even helped us load it into our car.
