This tv is a great bedroom tv for my kids. I'm not a HUGE fan of the fire TV interface personally, but I didn't want any bells and whistles for a kids TV. If I ever want those I'll upgrade with a streaming box like an Apple TV. Great distraction to have "quiet time".

Good and clear smart tv. Excellent for small room.

So far no issues and no complaints. Picture quality is suitable for any gaming. And still to this day is simple and justifiable.

the legs are awkward so the only suggestion I have is that TV's have several optional ways to stand it up (on the stand or table). We don't like hanging TV's on the wall. We also have a cable box and sound bar to to arrange, maybe a riser would work

Bought this for my daughters room and she uses the WiFi feature exclusively. Xfinity Stream app lets me use my existing cable subscription without an additional set top box.

Best value for money TV out there — the fire platform is overall better than the Roku platform except that sometimes when you skip ahead on hulu, the video seems to go away and you need to restart hulu to continue watching.

I bought this television as a gift. The recipient was very pleased to receive it. Anytime I have bought an item from Best Buy, I have not been disappointed. Also the Smart TV's are the way to go nowadays. Thank you for your support and concern.

The TV itself seems to be OK, I got it for my six-year-old grandson for Christmas. Purchasing it was another issue. I purchased it for one price but when it arrived my invoice said something totally different. It took a while but it was resolved.

Overall, the good smart TV. Make sure that you do the updates as recommended or TV slows down. Has all the great streaming services me and my family need.

A great TV especially for the price. And I did not know that it would also work with my Alexa. That was an extra win for me. I am used to the Ruko so the fire stick option was new for me. But I love the voice activation.

The cheap tv don’t last very long I believe this one would not go off unless you unplug it not stating it the tv itself I could be the electric in this house

This works well for my kids room and the price was pretty good. The tv does lag/freeze sometimes, its not my internet. For example, if you push a button on the remote it will take about 10 seconds before the tv actually responds. Overall, I'm satisfied!

The TV is good at what it does though the quality is a bit lacking and you had to replace the battery’s almost immediately after purchase. Great value by for college students or those on a low income budget.

I replaced my pc screen with a cheap resolution but it's just temp because it has No hdr 4k but good standard quality for the price! Also came with free Apple tv+ 3 months!!! Buyer beware Only thing is.... I was told you by Bestbuy CSR You need apple device to activate!

My 8 year old grandson needed a TV to play his games and watch netflix on. He went to store and interview the TV and talked to the associate and told me this one would be the best value and serve his needs. He is happy with the selection and results.

I love this Insignia FireTV. Smart is really appropriate to describe this TV. I am thrilled that it has web browser capabilities. I had a Roku that I returned, no web browser etc. Happy with Best Buy!

Finally got a smart tv already equipped with Amazon Fire and it has made watching tv harder. There are sooooo many options and I never know where to start! Staying connected to my internet has been a lot easier with the television than to have the plug in the back.

TV using a network internet connect which I prefer over WiFi. Streaming experience is better. The Apps (as opposed to channels) are a different way of viewing content. I'm not a cord cutter yet but this TV helps enable the experience. I'll be all internet and no cable soon. (When I get around to it).

As a TV, I have no complaints. It serves it purpose. However, it is very unnerving when it blares the Emergency Broadcast Alert tones at all hours of the night and the TV is off.
