Super easy to put together. Sets up quickly. My only difficulty is that I have issues hearing and I can't turn it up loud enough. I will be getting speakers.

Bought this for my daughter and while it has all the apps you will need the TV will become extremely slow…

Ok for the price I got ot at but it is too smart for some. You have to have a prime account to even get it to work. The down button on remote stopped working and the replacement is 30 dollars...I guess no down button then..lol

We wanted to replace our old room TV and we were lucky to find this one at a discounted price due to being 'Open Box' The device was in a 'Like New' condition and it works well.

Nice TV and good price. I only give it 4 stars tho because the operating system (FireTV) does not allow download of the Spectrum app. Had I known this before purchase, I likely would have opted for a bit more expense set with a different operating system.

I cannot complain haven't had a problem yet I am thinking about coming back to get another TV actually touch screen

Timely and easy experience all around - from ordering to delivery! Greatly appreciated that the Echo arrived before Christmas though scheduled for after 12/25!! The device works as expected. Available even though Amazon could only deliver in February!! KUDOS!!

We love Insignia products and this one is no exception. Purchased for a basement office, the FireTV integrated seamlessly with the Amazon Echo we have, allowing us to send announcements and communicate with the TV directly. Love it!

I absolutely love this TV. I like Fire products way better than other Smart TVs that I've used in the past. Certain brands will not let you download some channels/apps, but Fire TV doesn't have the same restrictions. I love the Alexa feature on the remote as well.

Yes, we bought this for our cats to watch birds on Pluto TV when we are not home. This is our 3rd TV of the same make and model, all for the same reason, our cats. We like that we can use Alexa to let them know it is time to eat or hear our ring door bell on.

It does exactly what we expected and wanted. It was easy to set up and worked perfectly. Best Buy service was excellent as usual. We needed help getting it to our car and the tech carried it all the way to the parking lot for us.

I love this TV! Got it for my daughter's room and it has been great! She gets to watch her cartoons on YuoTube and I can watch NetFlix whenever I want when I'm with her. I love that there is only one remote to control the TV and Alexa Fire TV!

I love the smart tv features and interconnectivity with Alexa! My only complaint is that the colors on the screen look really bad if you’re not looking at the screen straight-on. If you’re looking directly at the screen and it’s facing perfectly forward, it’s great!

I got this for my mother's room so she could watch TV and have background noise. The OS and apps can be REALLY slow sometimes. The picture is decent but for the norma price of 180 it's not worth it. I think I got it for a good sale.

Works very well for the price. Once critique I have is that it keeps switching itself on (by itself!!) Very spooky and almost makes you wonder whether the TV (or Alexa) is trying to spy on you.

Nice tv and the built in fire tv make it perfect for our use. We have in gazebo on our deck. Added a sound bar for better sound. Built in speaker sound was typical for a lcd tv, always a little lacking but to be expected.

The tv is very cool! I like how you can just say whatever you want into the remote and that’s what you’ll get, without any extra ness. I appreciate the extra effort by insignia tv, to put the streaming buttons on the remote. It was very nice!

I love the insignia brand all my TV's are insignia I bought this one for my dad but it is confusing for him he has trouble starting it out with the smart TV display when he turns it on it would work better for him to have it start with the cable input.

Bought this for my toddler's room. It plays Cocomelon and his other shows. It's not very responsive to the remote though. I often have to hit the buttons two or three times while pointing directly at the IR sensor. Not much else to say. Decent tv overall
