It's been great so far no problems we initially had a problem with it right away and they took it back and replaced it with a brand new one and ever since we've been okay very pleased with the service and the TV

Got this for my Mom after finally convincing her that she wasn’t going to find a “big tube” tv anywhere, not even the pawn shops… She’s finally gotten used to it.

Rated at 720p, but it will actually handle 1080p via HDMI from my laptop too. And as opposed to a monitor, this has much better audio for streaming Hulu. Highly recommended.

Got this for my son room. He loves that he has the added fire tv options to flip too without needing an extra remote. One remote does it all. Also has his game connected which works great.

Wow. For a small NOT 4K TV this thing is awesome. Have it setup next to my 70" 4K and for some reason the colors look way better on this. The remote is awesome. Bought 2 for my kids rooms. Really blown away despite the 720p

Needed a small tv for my bedroom. This one is just enough. Easy to set up and the Alexa option is plus. What i enjoyed most of all was the customer service. I'm not a tech person at all. They were very sweet and patient.

Very helpful and knowlegable staff, always willing to help and know their product inside and out. Strongly recomment best buy, and the TV is for my guess bedroom, it works great and looks great.

This was my first time buying a smart tv, to be honest, I was a bit scared to deal with "smart" , but now I'm happy that I got it, it gives me so many different features and it's not as complicated as I thought it would be. And of course, the price is another plus.

From finding what I needed and what was reasonable for a price. I found what for both well. Purchase and curb side pickup was easy. Greatly appreciate everyone involved. Set up and programming was a snap. Was up and running within minutes.

I bought this TV for my in-laws, who had an older TV in their kitchen area. They are elderly, so I needed something easy to use. The only thing I don't like is that on power-on, it goes to a menu screen that requires you to choose an app; I would have preferred that the TV go straight to the HDMI input. Instead, you must find the app that selects the HDMI input, then you can watch TV on your cable box. They do have Netflix as well, so in that sense it's east to select when turning the TV on. I'd recommend as a cheap TV

I wasn't comfortable with the fireTv security. It plays great, picture and sound was good too, but I would not leave it in a family room. It's more for a private area where others can just use it,

Proceed with caution. You get what you pay for. Already returned months ago. The TV was great but the strong plastic toxic smell coming from it, whether it was on or off, about killed me. It took over the whole darn house. It made me ill. Sadly this will prevent me from ever buying an Insignia TV again. Old model probably sitting on shelf for years in box. I won't be removing the TV from the box at the store to make sure it doesn't smell.

Bought to use for digital DND maps. Not the highest quality picture, but it gets the job done. There don’t seem to be too many smaller TVs anymore, but this one fit the bill and achieved my goal

TV worked fine for the first few months then out of no where while I was watching Netflix it froze and then started glitching. I had no control over it. The remote wouldn’t do anything I had to unplug the tv for it to restart. It has done it one other time but it doesn’t happen all the time.

Pretty nice TV for Insignia. As I expected, the backlight is poor which brings the issue of too dark of a view during nightime seens or too gray of a view when brightness is cranked up. Other than that, not bad for under $200

I’ve had this to a few months now. I don’t if it’s the TV or the Amazon Fire software, but it will randomly go black or turn off while I’m watching something. Some of the apps don’t work or freeze (and I have uninstalled and reinstalled) I bought a Vizio for another room n the house that works better. But the Insignia was a good price at the time I bought it. If cost is the same then I would recommend another brand or format

So far so good. Replaced our old dump tv in our RV and it is so nice to be able to use TV remotely, wirelessly. I'm sure there is a lot more to discover and look forward to exploring all the new set has to offer.

We bought this TV to replace one in our RV. It works well on both wifi and on antenna. Access to apps is easy. Sometimes it has difficulties discovering antenna channels on search, but this is a minor issue.
