the picture qualitfy is great on the TV but the processor is really slow when you want to use any of the apps. All apps take a long time to load. However once the apps are loaded, using them is quite smooth and easy.

Works very well as a computer monitor. The only drawback is text rendering which can be a little fuzzy. From a video and TV viewing standpoint this is a very good performer and a real bargain. It also has a lot of features for the price.

We love this TV, I would definitely buy this again and recommend it to friends and family! Just make sure that you have strong internet as there's a lot of apps that can be stored and used very quickly as long as your internet can manage.

Bought this as a 2nd one and the two, both Insignia remotes turn on both TVs at the same time. Geek Squad refused to help me. Toll me to call Insignia.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son's girl . I thought it was a great tv and at a great price but when my son saw it he said the only problem is that it is an older model being phased out so i returned it. Had it been for me i would have kept it.

This tv is great and has a nice price. The user guide/start up guide needs to include instructions on changing the "power/on" settings to "last input" if you don't want the home page each time you use the tv.

I bought this for my daughter's apartment in college. For the price, it was a pleasant surprise. She could sync it to her Alexa, stream from many apps as well as having tv without having to connect to the cable. Great buy.

With my smart fire TV I was able to down size my cable. I am becoming a movie watcher which in the past before buying this tv I did not watch movies much. But since I bought it I am beginning to watch movies

Not having a "smart" TV before taught me this TV was smarter than me; I had no idea how to hook it up because there were no directions. I'm not a "techie" so I guess I'm not so smart and yes, directions would have been nice (you need a HDTV connector, which this TV did not come with).

I was a gift to my daughter and she's very pleased as well as thankful for it. She says the picture is very nice and clear. That's good enough for me :-)

Ordered for my Parents in SC best television ever I receive less phone calls the television feels them with joy. I would buy again. For Parents get delivery service especially those who are out of state.

I did not keep this tv,it was not bad but i bought it for my mom and she just could not get used to using this smart tv,i think one with koku may be better for her.the fire stick apps are more involved to install.The tv itself is not too bad.

Works as it should. A bit slow to process but does the job.

This TV is truly amazing. The graphics of the images are stunning. Smart Fire allows me to stream and watch my favorite shows including sports highlights. Affordable and easy set up.

It just fine but its a fire tv and im unable to turn it on into cable. I have to change to HDMI 1 to get regular cable. I spoke durectly with xfinity and they saud there was no solution

Fire TV had a great screen and sound quality but unfortunately the fire tv streaming app did not work properly. The screen would randomly freeze or just completely shut down.

My only complaint is that there were no clear instructions on how to connect everything to the cable service. We still have to go through a two step process to access regular tv channels. There should be an easier way

This tv was bought for bedroom but its still new n sometimes it comes on n sometimes it doesn't i should of just returned it but i think it is too late.

Do not download , a lot of app, because when it indicates its full, you will have to remove a few. Excellent graphics. Insignia's TV are known for its low cancer rates, in tv clssification.Look for that info when buy a tv.
