My cashier was hands down amazing. I truly wish I had done this review a long time ago so I could get her name, but I truly appreciated how she wasn’t in a big hurry or made me feel like your store was closing and I needed to leave.

This is a nice TV to watch while riding my stationary bike. I don’t have it hooked up to cable, but it lets me see lots of programs with my Prime membership. I am very pleased with it.

I have enjoyed shopping at Best Buy. The people there are always friendly and knowledgeable and the products. I appreciate their honesty and great customer service. I was a little worried about the television at first because it cut off on me but it only did it the one time.

Love this brand of TV. We bought 3 of them. The only issue I had was with one of them, the picture went and it was just over a year. So I bought another one.

Your average tv for a quick setup. I got it for a friend who recently moved here, and so far he likes it. I'd say if you wanted higher resolution or want a gaming tv, don't get it.

Need a monitor for a classroom at church so they could view the worship service. This allowed a connection to do that without paying big bucks.

Nice little tv we use in our RV, the only complaint I have is with the sound quality and volume. The Speakers on tv arent the best I enjoy high-quality sound but at this price, I was not expecting much.

Love it! We have the Toshiba Fire TV in the living room and were going to get the same for the bedroom but the Insignia was on sale. Worked out great because we saved money and still got a great tv! Very happy!

The TV seems to not work well with Twitch App but overall I enjoy the TV. I got it at a great price and I'm enjoying the TV. The quality is great and the image is lovely. It's really a good TV to have for college or for your bedroom

This television is great for consumers that are beginning to use the power the internet to enhance their TV watching experience. I was able to log into my streaming services with ease and use all the apps from my other Amazon products.

The TV is great and it's fun to mess with Alexa. The drawback to this television is that any app that you use MUST be available in the Amazon app store, and there's not much there; no direct TV app, and that's a huge downside. Good tv, bad functionality

Tv fine employee was great. Manager was an jerk Was close to closing. Manager was locking up 5 min early. The little girl was doing a great job until she got an chewing out in front of us for letting us in

The tv is good for its price. But after a while of owning the tv, the tv sometimes randomly shuts off and turns back on. I don't understand why it does that but for the price, I cannot complain.

The TV itself works well. The alexa remote that came with the TV has been broken from day one (the center button sticks and makes it virtually impossible to enter usernames and passwords). This TV replaced a Roku TV and the Roku experience is much better than Amazon's. I don't appreciate amazon's interface forcing content into my TV experience that I don't want nor do I want my kids to experience as the default setting. There were no Roku TVs of equivalent price in-store at the time I purchased this one.

TV was great while it worked. About a month before warranty expired, TV backlight went out. Best Buy Geek squad offered a gift card so we could replace as they didn't have the TV. Very good experience.

This TV is fantastic. It combines all of our options to watch Netflix, Amazon prime, etc. all in one place while still giving us the option to watch our normal cable channels. Highly recommend.

After reviewing several other models I opted to buy Insignia because Fire TV was included in the purchase. Powered up the TV, linked my Amazon account after a quick update to the software. TV is running perfect.

Only giving 3stars because both the 32 & the 40inch were $99.99 and sold out quick. The 32 is super small almost like a computer monitor, had to return. Great for kids room though

My family loves this TV the love the fact that they can watch different movies shows and cartoons - as well as play games!! Its AWESOMENESS THANK YOU SOOO MUCH FOR BEING THE BEST STORE TO BUY COOL TV'S!!!

It's my first firestick. I'm loving it. I don't like that I can't dim the screen, it's in my bedroom and would like to dim the brightness.
