The tv is good for the price. Definitely an upgrade from the older model I had. The sound is much better. However it freezes a lot and my tv is always disconnected from the internet.

Love insignia TVs. It’s the only brand we’ve owned for the last 6 years and I’ve never had a TV die on me or have problems yet.

I love my Fire tv. I had the fire stick but the HDMI went out on my old tv, so I researched the Insignia 32" and decided the Insignia was the Best Buy for me.

This TV very well may have been excellent - however, it was purchased for my brother to use while visiting. I set up the TV with no issues and it seemed to work just fine, however, there were connectivity issues with the streaming services, especially Hulu - which we didn't experience with the other TVs that had the streaming services "plugged into" them. The TV was also near our router/modem, so there wasn't a WiFi issue (we had a laptop is in the same room and had no issues). Needless to say, I wasn't going to keep an item that wasn't connecting, so back to the store it went. Maybe that's why they were on sale at the time? Who knows!

I purchased this tv for my grandsons room. My grandaughter liked it so much that I had to get her one as well! The Alexa feature is amazing!

Love my smart TV this tv is not connected to cable and all I watch are Netflix prime tubu freevee I get great reception with my internet.

This was a TV that my Dad bought me for my bedroom. I am 20-years-old and it’s my first. I just wanted it so I could watch Netflix in my room & it’s great for that. It works for what it’s needed for! :)

It's a good TV for the price. Does what it's supposed to do although it sometimes loses wi-fi connection. Not a deal breaker but an inconvenience.

Got this for my kids and it is insanely slow. It works for them but wouldn’t recommend it for anyone over the age of 12

Great tv. Specially love the option to speak to the remote and it listens and looks for what you are asking on tv channels or you tube or anything it will look it up for u. Will buy another soon

Great TV for a spare room or for anyone who just wants a small tv with smart features. The one thing I would change about this is how loud the remote clicking noise is. Other than that great product

Very Fast TV. I have other smart tvs that take a little time to connect to the internet or even to turn on. This TV is ready to bee used as soon as the turn on button is pushed.

works fine, kind of clumsy to use with local tv antenna. Picture and sound are great quick hookup to fire tv.
