Too tech-y

No number pad to change channels on remote. Buttons on remote not intuitive or self explanatory. No quick start or user guide included - have to download online. Not recommended for non-tech geeks who just want a regular tv. (Do regular tv's even exist anymore?) Poor sound quality and picture with antenna only.

Amazon needs to do a better job with the software

This one, for some reason, keeps shutting itself off. You can’t disable that, you can only try to set the sleep timer to a max of 240 minutes. Very annoying. It’s by design, to prevent screen burn in. So pausing a program doesn’t hold the tv on. I’m sure this is an OS issue, but it can’t be fixed.
