Product fine, Best Buy Stinks

I didn't think that I would have to immediately check an item I bought from BB. I move into my home 30 days later and unbox the item and realize it must have been an open box because critical pieces are missing. But I'm out of my return window and BB online tells me I need to go to a store and please my case to a store manager and see if they are willing to help. Are you kidding me???!!!!! Awful customer service.
