This TV is pretty good. However, it cuts off a bunch. I tired to see if there was an option to turn off standby/sleep mode, and it is not. I like for my TV to stay until I turn it off. I will make sure I verify this option in the future.

Though not the fault of Best Buy, I am extremely disappointed in this purchase. Think twice before purchasing the Insignia Firetv edition. I've purchased a TCL TV in the past and was quite satisfied. I decided to try the Insignia FireTV edition as a gift for my son's birthday (Dec 5th) since it was on sale. Bad choice. I was unaware that Amazon made it so difficult to even attempt to install any other apps than it provides. My son wants the Xfinity app on the tv since we've easily installed it previously on the TCL Roku TV.(which got broken) I was finally able to load it onto the FireTV roster after reading multiple online articles and using the App2Fire app but the system will not play it. So, I'm back to scouring online articles. Its an utterly time consuming pain! I wish I would have just paid a bit more for a new TCL/Roku and been done with it. I would have had a glowing review. My son tossed the box since he didn't think it was needed. Think twice before purchasing. I do like Amazon content, but the set is not content friendly if the apps are not of their choosing. Besides that, for the past 2 days he's had it, it works fine.
