Came with no power cord and I can’t login

But that was wrong. The TV came with no power cord and only 2 out of 4 of the screws needed to put on the 2 little stands the Tv sits on. I was okay with only two screws - I made it work! I had to order a power cord - that’s why I gave it one star. I tried to call and email Best Buy, but go no response. What a shame. If I wanted to pay for a power cord AND Tv I might as well of got it new. Never doing this again. But I will say that the Tv is nice - except for the fact that it literally will not let me log in. And I know that I’m using the correct login information even though it keeps telling me that I’m not. Great Tv; if you want the real deal with no problems - just buy it new ….

This TV came without a remote and the legs. I had to go and buy the specific remote separately and then it didnt work so i had to buy a different one that luckily did work just to set up the tv so i could use it.
