After 30 days issues with TV

I was able to get a replacement (not the same remote control that comes with the TV) from Geek Squad at my local BestBuy, but the replacement doesn’t work the same as the original remote control. I wish I could have given this product 5 starts, but now I have a new TV with a different remote control that doesn’t have the same functionality as the original (no voice control). Geek Squad service over the phone ... horrible service!
