Having a smart tv means nothing if you cant control it, and selling a product that is so cheap it last a week is criminal. Thanks Best Buy for making horrible products. last time i buy your brand.

While the picture is great, the built in Amazon Fire functionality is slow, nagging, and terrible. It ruins the entire experience of being able to turn on the tv and watch something. Can't find remote, update in progress, blah blah, just terrible.
