Good picture but slow with smart tv apps

When the software would load and connect it had a good picture and sound. The problem was that the apps would lock up and you would have to reset it. As a result, we returned it and bought a more expensive Toshiba Fire TV which we have not had any problems with.

If you bump it or just nudge it the tv turns on and it's annoying. And the remote does not light up!!! You wld think by now all remotes are backlit...oh well..
