Don’t waste your money

It’s less than a month old but you have to unplug it and then plug it back in almost every time you want to turn it on. I should have known something was wrong with it when I had to force a restart the first time I tried setting up the remote. And unfortunately I am past the ridiculous 15 day window to return it. I did call about returning it on about day 10 but was told that since I didn’t have the original box (why would I keep the box of a brand new item?) they either wouldn’t accept it or I wouldn’t get full credit. My 15 year old Samsung is still going strong but this thing requires more assistance than that one ever has. I will probably never buy an Insignia product again.
