This has been a terrible purchase I wish I had never made. It is the definition of slow, and that’s when it’s working. It gets stuck on a screen, loses internet connection. I’ve stood there for 5 mins wondering if it’s ever going to change the screen. You end powering off off after a while because you don’t know if it’s just that slow or the screen froze. I wish I didn’t get rid of the box because I would return this hunk of junk. I expect more from Insignia as we’ve purchased multiple from this brand.
