    I bought an open box and it was missing the screws for the legs. Also there’s been 2 occasions where I would have to unplug it and plug back in due to it getting stuck on a screen loading or just not responsive. Graphics not bad for the price.

    Honestly this tv has a good picture but it's so slow and laggy it's awful and annoying. The system is terrible.
