Stopped working within a week

Screen went blank, none of the remote buttons are doing anything. When it's turned back on, the "insignia/ fire TV" logo comes on, and then the screen is blank again. The 24 hour tech support isn't even available which was also disappointing and frustrating. I'll definitely be making a return ASAP.
