From time to time I have to keep closing and reopening Hulu to see the video because it goes out and only the audio works. Also the Prime Video app crashes many times on this TV. It is kind of funny because it is an Amazon Fire TV.

Stay far away from this junk

If for some reason you lose the actual remote like my kids have you are in a world of hurt because the remote app for your phone will not connect half of the time and when it does it just wigs out and will take one volume input and not stop until it maxes out the volume. Stay away from this and buy a Roku tv because you will be disappointed if you don't.

Horrible TV/brand

Please do not spend your money on this tv as it will frustrate you more than anything. Apps are super slow and buttuns on remote will not work properly either. I am comparing this to my samsung tv's, I initially did not want to pay the extra money for a samsung tv that would be in my workshop but now I will have to because this was more of a distraction trying to get it to work.
