This model was the only one in the store near her price range and was not what we wanted. She has no need for a unit with internet access and the set does not retain the settings we entered but keeps returning to set up. This is far too complicated for my 84 year old mother and she often has to wait until I can re program the set for her. Honestly I wouldn't even want it for myself. Can't wait until there are more products in stores that we can purchase a unit that my mother can operate on her own.
