Sound is not bad remote is to small for my liking. I can't seem to get the right picture ratio. I don't t normally use Alexa. The price I paid for this was decent but will not buy one like this again

Upon opening the box it was damaged but I was able to return it and get a replacement in the store. Unfortunately, the replacement didn't last long at all. For some reason, it kept disconnecting from my wifi. Upon some research, I reset the tv per the instructions and now it won't recognize the remote at all. Of course, all of this happened AFTER the return-by date. I'm sure I just got a lemon but I hate that I am out the money spent on it.

I assumed that after a short time the odor would diminish. It has been 2 months and the smell is still strong. Have you had other complaints regarding this matter?

I have noticed more of the apps and options available that interest me are on Roku, Roku has an independent website with more features and more user content yet is still associated with Amazon. Fire TV may be nice but it is only effectively category or menu item on Amazon's website and if you a developer aficionado like I am it is MUCH easier and you have better tools (easily provided and illustrated for use) on the associated (and also independent) Roku Developers site. If I could I would trade this TV in (quicker than a heartbeat) for the comparable Roku TV version.

Universal works to power on but, won't pair up. Very disappointed didn't open up until after the warranty period.
