    Would not buy a fire tv again . Roku smart TVs are better. And programmed better. This one has had glitches with sound and with picture pixelating... and not working with cable correctly.. but had to leave to go back up north for the season so had no time to return or exchange it ... now not back to Florida apartment until December. So too late to do Anything about it. Thank goodness it did not cost a great deal of money. I like Best Buy brands of tv, have an old dynex tv and after 7 years still works great! Think this new tv is best bully brand now .. but the fact that is is fire tv changes everything.

    Got on special for $99.99. Great price, ok tv. Works as should. Not saying great as regretting not going bigger then a 32. Body very slim and looks smaller as a result

    Insignia is cheap for a reason. I’ll stick with the big 3(Sony, Samsung & LG). And never go this small. Only good for a kids space

    The availability of the product was an issue. I had to cancel the original order and then place the order again. The remote still says low battery even after replacing with new batteries.

    Brought tv a while back, not worth the money, have to change remote batteries every week, tv turns of & on by itself

    Brought this in 2018 and again in 2020. Had to return the first one. The tv froze and was not able to turn to an channel or get on Netflex. When I returned it, had to get the same one because they did not have any other brands available.

    I bought this TV as a kitchen TV, I've had it for less than two weeks and already frustrated. It has a nice resolution and brightness...it's great when it works, but several times when I'm in the middle of a show, specially YouTube, it stops and goes to the home screen OR IT JUST RESTARTS ALTOGETHER!!! I would gladly return it, but it's already bolted to the wall, so I have to wait for it to do its thing and click back into my program.

    Got it all hooked up and had no sound. Called the Geek Squad and still nothing. Had to return it to the store

    Tv works, but it will randomly turn on again after it turns off. It also lags when streaming. I know it’s not a internet problem because none of the other tv’s in the house have this issue.
