This one has had glitches with sound and with picture pixelating... and not working with cable correctly.. but had to leave to go back up north for the season so had no time to return or exchange it ... now not back to Florida apartment until December. So too late to do Anything about it. Thank goodness it did not cost a great deal of money. I like Best Buy brands of tv, have an old dynex tv and after 7 years still works great! Think this new tv is best bully brand now .. but the fact that is is fire tv changes everything.

The tv froze and was not able to turn to an channel or get on Netflex. When I returned it, had to get the same one because they did not have any other brands available.

It has a nice resolution and brightness...it's great when it works, but several times when I'm in the middle of a show, specially YouTube, it stops and goes to the home screen OR IT JUST RESTARTS ALTOGETHER!!! I would gladly return it, but it's already bolted to the wall, so I have to wait for it to do its thing and click back into my program.

It also lags when streaming. I know it’s not a internet problem because none of the other tv’s in the house have this issue.
