Stopped working after 9 months

I hate this thing

It is for an Airbnb unit. This TV requires you to sign in to Amazon Prime. You can’t use it any other way. To download apps you need the account. Can’t have my own account open for guests. It was the first thing I asked the attendant at the store if I needed an account & she said no. Amazon & Best Buy just want to suck more money out of you. Samsung has a smart TV that is open & is not hooked to Amazon unless you want to use Prime. Besides ease of use, quality of image & sound are good.

Don’t buy a display tv without a remote

I tried buying 2 more controllers after that and still couldn’t get them to work on the tv

The only downside, it was a 2018 version and I wanted a newer model. None of these TVs are able to connect to PBS!

Bought open box for pickup. No remote. Haven't use

I purchased it open box and have not had a chance to use it because the remote did come with it. I have purchased 3 other universal remotes and they don't work either. So I've spent more for the tv than I would have had I purchased it brand new and if I return it, they will charge $40 for not having a remote. I eve. Went instore to by a remote. Was suggested by the associate to purchase a Trek remote and that didn't work either.

Not what i expected

I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re plugging anything into it. If you’re using it as a standalone smart TV it should be fine. 720p is extremely outdated though.

Walmart takes a minute at the most, i wont do it again regardless of the price, my time has value.

DO NOT BUY

We bought 3 of these for our children’s rooms and they are so ridiculously slow by the time you find something to watch you don’t even want too or have to to watch anything anymore. Sometimes the tv just turns on by itself. We have 3 of them like previously stated and that all do this. Internet is fine.
