    FireTV means you cannot watch any of your streaming services, even ones you already have subscriptions to, without creating an Amazon account and giving Amazon access to your TV watching habits. If you have a cable subscription and want to watch the History Channel, you have to get permission from Amazon by logging into an Amazon account and installing an App from Amazon. If you are already knee deep in Alexa and have turned over all your privacy and personal information to Amazon, then get a FireTV. Otherwise, stay away from these TVs.

    Waste of mo why this tv glitches and freezes on Amazon. And no it’s not my WiFi connection. But other than that it’s a coo tv. But don’t waste your money

    Good so far. Picture is ok not as good as i thought it would be. A little pixelated. But we use it for my son to play video games on. Not main tv.

    So I got this T.v. thinking it would be easy to use being a Amazon tv but it was confusing to set up and there was no apps pre-downloaded I returned it did not like the program

    I am sure this is a fine television however too complicated for the average person. Tiny little remote did not work in all positions.

    Onboard “smart” app are so slow they either crash or just don’t work. Had issues with volume and had to factory reset the TV. I wasn’t expecting much out of this tv but I got less than that lol

    Good clor, good sound, but we needed much more guidance on how to use Fire TV and how to switch backwards and forwards into Comcast.

    Doesn’t work as well as having a TV and fire stick separate. First TV Britten had to return. 2nd TV need factory reset. Would suggest a different brand or a Roku tv for an all in one TV

    It will not work for extended periods of time. The wifi is working & only has 1 other device connected. The router is right next to the tv & it keeps disconnecting.

    I purchased this tv to put in my daughter’s room. The picture was so grainy I had to return it. I ended up purchasing a slightly more expensive television with better image quality.

    Needed to downsize the tv in my bedroom this makes it easy not a lot of cords or hookups just plug in and connects to all the streaming sites I use , not the best picture quality but in the bedroom worked great

    Great price, but with the price come quality you expect. Clarity is a concern and the TV is slow to navigate. Good for the purpose we purchased it for.

    Decent for the price. The picture is average and features are all there. Not a big fan of the Amazon fire platform. Chromecast is way better. Overall cant go wrong for the price.

    Worst TV I ever owned. CONSTANTLY freezes up, sound and picture cut out all the time. Remote is iffy, even with new batteries. The remote is always within 5 feet of the TV. I should have written this review a lot sooner or better yet, returned the TV. Also VERY difficult to screw the cable in due to the location of the port.

    Fairly good color. 32" so words on screen come out very small. When Internet is "out", a great portion of the use of this TV is also out.

    Not à lot of Fire TV channels to chose from. No previous channel button on the remote. The speaker on the TV isn't loud enough.

    Beware - this TV shuts off after a few hours so you can’t watch more than two movies back to back … I contacted support & it’s not a setting for screen or energy saving … it’s an actual known software issue & the only thing they would do was have me ship it back at my expense for them to “reload” & then they’d pay return shipping to me … I sold it at garage sale & will never buy a TV from them again !
