Remote doesn't work after a handful of uses.

Used maybe 10 times and now the remote doesn't even work. It turns off and on but nothing else. We can buy a new remote for $48.00 but from this experience, it will likely break within a few uses. Very disappointed.

Don’t like!!!

I just use digital antenna, don’t have internet. No number buttons on remote, can’t just put in what channel I want, the channels aren’t in order. Doesn’t give you any information about what is on the channel you want. I don’t have the box. Can I return it??? Not at all what I wanted. No book with tv to help.

Piece of Garbage!!

It hardly works and when it decides to turn on it takes 30 minutes to work! I was in the middle of a move, so I missed my return window! This hunk of junk deserves to placed in a dump! Shame on Best Buy for carrying such a worthless product!

Would not recommend - TV Flawed

Since that time I have noticed the TV turns itself on randomly. I did some research online to see if anyone else has had this problem and found that others are having the same issue. This is a bit creepy and at this point I think I'm just going to buy another TV. I spoke with insignia customer service and was told this is a software issues which they are unable to fix at this time. This is crazy....

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i hate this tv. the opening screen is way too bright even after adjusting the settings. the sound is muffled or way too loud. one must have membership with prime. if you click on an app your somehow magically enrolled into a subscription without any confirmation. to avoid this, one must set up parental controls which forces you to use a pin in every single screen. need to reset the mute on previews constantly. possibly not for individuals with sensory sensitivity

The TV is slow and crashes so much. The software cannot handle switching between the limited apps that come pre-installed. The screen looks fine but otherwise this TV is useless. I wish I would have known sooner so I could return. Trash.

But Wait any button if touched accidentally turns the TV back on so pretty much it just goes into a sleep mode Not Off! When I press a power button on a remote to turn Off a TV call me crazy I assume it’s really off. Of course I’m just past my return date otherwise it would be going back.

Had Wifi Issues

I had no trouble with the Wifi playing shows on my 43 inch but had lots of issues with this TV in same location. Tried trouble shooting, but no improvement. played fine near wifi, but not reason I purchased. Returned.
