    Terrible. In todays smart world, there should be enough storage on a smart TV to support apps. I have had to delete all the apps just so my son can watch on the NBA app. Even then it’s very laggy and keeps telling us there is no space.

    It's been blacking out since I purchased it. I'm trying to see how much longer this will go on before I return it. I'll give it another week or so before I return it.

    This tv is terrible. It locks up, the system won't power on again if it goes to sleep on its own, and I would burn it on a pile of ash if I could. The picture looks great, but with the software issues causing it to hang, freeze, and need to be unplugged every few days - its a bust.

      No volume control on this product, suggest connect to the TV headphone or 3.5mm jack output, then, it can control by your TV’s remote control. BBY-ExBrand_Insignia

    Well it's good for what I'm using it for a second display for my work laptop, bit using the built in YouTube player is horrible the sound is all off...an no work around

    If you have kids you need to add parental controls what makes switching apps a nightmare if you don’t have cable tv. You need to enter your password each time

    It keeps dropping the wifi, and I know it is not my wifi because we just got two new tvs and the wifi does not drop from them. This is also actually my second one of these tv I purchase, the first one was broken no big deal just went and exchanged it, now this one keeps dropping the wifi. I would really hate to have to go exchange this one again and just for it to keep doing the same thing. I have had better experiences with ROKU tvs I might just invest in one of those instead

    Terrible remote works half the time and nothing runs right w/o signed into Amazon account. If I would of realized it was an Amazon product I would not of bought. It works great for playing docked Nintendo switch for $89 but other than that it is trash buy a google smart TV instead... and you have to turn tv off every time you want to switch from hdmi output. Please buy something else

    After 2 days.. I'm still trying to program the tv.. and it doesn't come with a manual.. but they Sue offer a website and it's a needle in the haystack!!!!

    Yesterday and today July 3, 4 when I used the remote Fire TV control I could only get my local statins. Yet for the last week we have watched Amazon and Netflix??

    Remote stopped working after 3 months. Tried changing batteries, disconnecting, etc. but nothing works. TV is also a maze using Fire trying to find what you are looking for. Too difficult to use. Sorry I got a Fire TV. Should have bought a TV with a normal remote that I can use with a cable service.

    Set up not smooth, but did get through it, First TV I bought was open box, had to return, did not work at all

    The tv is decent for my children. Only thing I dislike it that when you put a passcode on it you have to keep entering it even if they switch from one app to another. Gets annoying

    I purchased a preowned model. But they couldn't say what all was missing. And it was so wrapped in bubble wrap i had to take it home to unwrap it to find it missing the remote and the stand. I Just wish i could have been allowed to look it over in the store before they wrapped it. They had me standing there for and hour and a half anyway.

    Great value but not a great image quality. It is only a 720p. Probably good for TV but not for a computer screen which was my intention

    The TV itself is fine, but the remote eats batteries like crazy. Also certain functions like pulling up the settings menu are very slow.
