The salesman hadn't listened to me or shown me the remote, and I ended returning it to the store to get a 32" Insignia that I'm happy with.

Smart FireTV w/o remote!

I can't even do anyway except turn it on! No other buttons on this TV I'm just now discovering this info. Its a FireTV that i cannot connect to Internet. The TV lags and gets stuck when I use the remote control to do simple things like raise the volume, change channels, or switch apps. I HATE this television. Its weird because my daughter has the same 43 inch TV and hers does not freeze or get stuck. I regret buying this TV.

Mostly the picture would disappear but you could hear it. Like listening to the radio. I had a Toshiba FireTV before this one and the same thing. Thought maybe it was the brand but no, the Insignia did the same thing. This does not occur with other smart TVs or TVs with Amazon Fire Stick.
