Not the TV for ordinary users

This TV is not for users who want a normal remote with number buttons, who don't use Alexa or want special buttons on the remote for Hulu, Netflix and the like. The salesman hadn't listened to me or shown me the remote, and I ended returning it to the store to get a 32" Insignia that I'm happy with.

Basic TV with his streaming options. The remote is great for searching movies and videos, and good integration with the ring ecosystem.

Every time you turn it on it wants to know which interface you want to use. Even when only one jack has anything plugged into it.

It came without base support AND without a remote. I can't even do anyway except turn it on! No other buttons on this TV I'm just now discovering this info. Its a FireTV that i cannot connect to Internet. Nowhere does it list that any items were missing

Worst TV I have ever owned my 39 years of living on this Earth! The TV lags and gets stuck when I use the remote control to do simple things like raise the volume, change channels, or switch apps. I HATE this television. Its weird because my daughter has the same 43 inch TV and hers does not freeze or get stuck. I regret buying this TV.

its nice for the price i paid, but ive only had it for 6 months and i constantly have connection issues with it. the tv constantly loses connection to my wireless router even though everything else i have is connecting just fine. looking into it i see that a lot of other people are having this problem. dont know if its a faulty sd card in the tv but i wouldnt recommend until they get a fix for this.

First day was good but after that many channels would go in and out. Mostly the picture would disappear but you could hear it. Like listening to the radio. I had a Toshiba FireTV before this one and the same thing. Thought maybe it was the brand but no, the Insignia did the same thing. This does not occur with other smart TVs or TVs with Amazon Fire Stick.
