    The Insignia 32” F20 Series disappointed me with its lackluster display quality and sluggish interface. The colors appeared washed out, and the overall picture felt subpar. Navigating through menus was frustratingly slow. Definitely not worth the purchase.

    Supposedly open boxed tv in excellent condition came with no plug for tv and no remote. I bought a remote and cannot pair it with tv. Only turns on and off. I did get a used plug from Best Buy. Now tv is just packed away in my closet. What a waste of money. I’m furious!

    Bought it for my little cousin for Christmas. She's 2 and loves it. She thinks Santa bought it for her when I did lol.

    Do not waste your time and money with Insignia TVs. They are a piece of garbage. I’ve bought 4 of this particular brand and none make it past the two year mark. The 32” barely made it past the year mark. First the remote stops working and then the TV just goes black. I’ll stick with Sony.

    I bought the Insignia™ - 32" Class F20 Series LED HD Smart Fire TV and returned it to the store because it seems to have been damaged in production. A bubble was found UNDER the screen itself when I opened the package (shipped to my home). I returned this to the store, but that return and replacement (for a smaller 24" 'dumb TV') took me a very long time (about 2 hours). Then I had to cancel the 5-year Geek Squad contract and get a new 5-year Geek Squad contract - but was told that my RETURN was made possible by my calling Geek Squad for support (I had used the 5-year contract). I had to negotiate for a rebate of that 5-year contract on a defective product which I returned. While there was lots of hassle, all the people who worked with me were friendly, gracious, helpful, trying hard to do the right thing and to make me (as a customer) happy in the right ways. But it took me a very long time because of the defective product which had been shipped to me, but was NOT FROM the store (in town) where I returned it.

    This is a terrible tv. It is extremely difficult to set up and it has never worked right. When attempting to watch our local football games all I can get is Spanish. There is no setting in the setup to choose language. I may sell it and purchase a decent tv. I do not recommend this one.

    You have To mount the TV to the wall out of the box for it work because it won't stand up on its own

    Easy to set up, intuitive remote and settings etc. Big issue: The picture on BestBuy shows Hulu, the box the TV comes in shows Hulu, and the remote also has a Hulu button. But the Hulu app is "unavailable". Very misleading and now means I need to buy a Chromecast so I can watch Hulu.

    The product was less than acceptable. At first, it performed fine, but after a few uses, it began to exhibit sound issues. The potency of the speakers inexplicably reduced to under 30 percent of the potency it had at the outset. Two days later, the sound came back, but only for that day. Returned product to store in exchange for a different item.

    Good for the price...u get what u pay for...tv freezes from time to time and u have to unplug it and plug it back in to correct the issue for the time being...if the screen saver kicks in sometimes it doesn't wake properly...unplug and plug back in to correct that as well...had to factory reset it the first day we had it cuz it froze and even the power cycle wouldn't work to correct it.
