While watching shows the screen will just go black. Or if you pause and then play it will to back a minute. And sometimes the apps just randomly crash and go to the Home Screen . Stick with Roku

Can't use with soundbar

It's infuriating and if you search Google, you'll see this is a known problem that they have not fixed

Bad choice

When I click on streaming apps, it spins forever and never opens or puts me in a loop of logging in to my provider. Very rarely works correctly. My Samsung in the other room has no issues.

However after only 3 days of having it, it fell forward off our tv stand and the screen cracked. The legs are not sturdy. This type of damage is not covered under warranty so we couldn't return it or have it replaced.
