Don’t Buy Annoying TV
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you like to pause your TV & come back this is not the TV for you. Built in sleep timer can’t be adjusted. Turns off in less than half an hour. Remote eats batteries. Hate this thing.

Won’t work
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased two of these on 11/29/21. The picture quality, sound and such was fine but about 2 weeks ago one of the TV’s stopped working, it appears to have no power and will not turn on. The TV lasted less than a year.

INSIGNA FIRETV EDITION
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am disappointed with this television. This 32" TV appears to be smaller than my old heavy TV. It does not have number to change channels, and I can't surf the programs. I only have 35 channels open to me. I don't know how to open up more channels, and will have to wait until someone knowledgeable comes to my house to help me. I don't like having to have Alexa to attempt to find channels.

Posted .Hi Vance. I understand when our purchases turn out to be not quite we expected. As this is not that small of a TV the sound should be pretty loud and clear as the speakers are quite an respectable size. If it's too low or it's rattling you are more than welcome to give us a call, at 877-467-428 for further evaluation of the TV. Charles V. - Insignia Support.

Horrible Shipping
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The product was great. Service was absolutely terrible. It was left up at the top of my driveway next to my mailbox. It looked like somebody had just left it there as trash. The box was all beat up and wet because it had snowed a couple days before. I was extremely disappointed with the service because it was also around a week left to the delivery date.

Not what I asked for
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went to best buy to purchase a plain tv with an external antennae for a camp house. The young lady that waited on me gave me a cheap tv alright but one that has to be programmed with a service and it is not out of the box watch over the air stations. the remote does not even have channels on it.

Not a real TV
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Buyer beware! If you have not bought a TV in a few years - like me - this is NOT a true TV. It is a device to get recorded programing. They let you download channels like CNN and the like - one at a time, a total pain - but nothing is life. BestBuy should have made that more clear in their ads. I returned and bought a "real TV".
