    This TV is awful. It shuts off by itself all the time. I get errors and it shuts down whether I’m streaming or using an antenna. You can’t control some things without the remote and that doesn’t work half the time (even with a battery change out) Would not recommend.

    It’s a good tv for gaming and shows, but it does had a terrible remote. I’ve already gone threw 10 sets of batteries and I haven’t even had it for a year. And because of that it lags.

    Hot garbage: Used a couple of hours a day during the week at work and it died after a year. I purchased four Insignia tvs and I will never do that again. Certainly the replacement will be another brand.

    I wouldn’t but it. I missed the return period. Tv came with someone fire stick I for programmed and we haven’t been able to remove it yet. Also was missing the remote. Not worth it. Never buy open box again

    I don’t like it! Not happy with the remote using the fire tv remote is not that easy when wanting regular channels! Not happy that I bought a fire tv I wish I could return it or trade for another one!

    Should have gotten bigger TV, and the Fire App seems to not work properly at times. Very annoying.

    I didn't like this TV. The TV interface would freeze and lockup at various times. The TV would need to restart before it was usable. This is my 1st experience with FireTV and it will be my last. I'll stick with Roku.

    Not happy. When you turn the tv on it says the remote is not connected. The Geek Squad checked it out on three separate appointments. To return the TV and get another I have to pay the Geek Squad again to hook it up Bought 2 TV fire sticks and both have the same problem

    Didn’t come with a remote. Can’t get it to switch off of the store channel. Can’t return it because the stores not open. Can’t bring it in to fix it... I’m kinda stuck with a tv that don’t work until the store opens.

    This TV is the worst!!! We purchased this TV for my daughter for Christmas. Three months later, the TV screen is turning green and it’s making popping sounds. The Nexflick feature on the remote never worked! My daughter is heart broken!
