A month ago one quit working. I went through the reset process as given online and it started working again, for now. A second one just quit and will not reset. They're not even a year old. A couple of days ago, it froze. Real bad. Now it doesn't even turn on. The price was right, but I guess the TV isn't that Smart. I hope Best Buy takes it back.
