    The remote sucks the batteries in barely a week! the tv is slow, it take time to load apps and exit apps and go back home, remote control is the worst ever, battery life is horrible!

    This was a very bad TV all around needed something that was a smart TV for the office this TV was slow and the picture quality was terrible! Returned this for a different brand. Stay away

    Fire TV is the worst. It was kind of annoying that the TV wouldn't fully power off the first time I held down the power button, it would restart first and power off in the second try. On a recent upgrade now it doesn't power off at all with the power button, only sleeps. As if this isn't just obnoxious design, I have to power it off daily if I want to TV cast anything from my phone since it is glitchy and won't register it the next day. So now I have to unplug my TV or to into settings and restart it every time TV casting stops working. I thought new technology was supposed to be more convenient, not less? Sleep should not be the only on/off option. I got this TV because it was the only reasonably sized/priced option that said it supported bluetooth headphones and regret it.

    Nice size TV for a kids room, but the TV will not turn on sometimes. Sometimes it will freeze too a black screen and I have to unplug it and plug it back in to reboot it.

    Remote does not work. The only thing you can do is power on and off the TV. I tried to reset the remote by taking out the batteries and pressing all the buttons while tv was unplugged. However the remote responds is still the same.

    The picture quality is fine but it’s VERY glitchy. I’m about 90-100 days into owning this television and I can’t even count the number of times it freezes or just becomes unresponsive. The first month was fine but of course after the grace period for a return it started acting up. It was a good deal but in hindsight I’d pay more for better quality guarantee. Who wants to waste time and money trying to troubleshoot what should be a “smart” television. Don’t waste your $$.

    I went to the best buy store to buy a plain over the air antenna tv nothing fancy.the sales person knew this yet steered mw to a fire tv i cant set the time i dint get the program menus of the over the air stations its made to be used with amazon you turn it on to watch tv you have to do all kinds of useless steps just to watch the channel you turned it off on.i know yoy had to push these out the door but this time it cost you a customer.i dont even like nor shop amazon,i should never have been pushed into this tv.my daughters dont even want it.i dislike this tv e ery time i turn it on.

    I have had the TV less than 6 months and now it has a solid red line running along the top of the screen. Very disappointed. Even before this the TV is slow and sluggish when trying to access Netflix or YouTube.

    I have to unplug and plug the TV back up every night because the TV stops responding and then an error message comes up. This happens mostly when I attempt to use the settings button to set the sleep timer. I am very disappointed in this TV.
