Won't play video files on repeat

I asked no less than 5 times if it would-was assured it would-it will not, had to return all 5 units

Two remotes have to be used to get it to the right channel with a dish system.

Don't like Alexa listening all the time.

If you don't set it up with Alexa then you're limited to only 4 apps. But if Alexa is listening then you can have many apps. Should've gone for Roku.

Burning smell

I currently have Spectrum as my cable and internet provider an would like to add their app but have not been able to at this time. Amazon was no help with this.

My Advice - Pay More and Get a Better TV

It takes a long time to update almost every time we try to turn it on. You can see the screen turn on when you hit the power button but then it takes anywhere from a minute to several minutes before the screen actually turns on. We've tried it on Wifi. We've tried it plugged directly into the internet to see if it will go faster and it doesn't. Very frustrating! I'm so sorry we bought 2. My advice - pay more and get the better TV!

Not that great.

Then it wouldn't connect to Netflix or Amazon Prime Video. I had to reset it by unplugging it from the wall. I have had to do this 3 times already. I don't think I'll ever by another one of these again. Lesson Learned...

dont buy if says excellent condition not worth it

He complained the quality of the picture was not very good. The sound was terrible, most of the time he had to keep the volume turned almost all the way up to hear it properly.

Run away!

I bought in November but didn't pull out of the box until April. I used it to stream for about 2 months and haven't touched it until this week when I tried to hook up multiple gaming consoles and DVD player. None of the ports work for at least HDMI and composite. This is a brand new TV and I literally can't use for anything but streaming. I am currently contacting Insignia to see if their 12 month product warranty will take care of this.
