I am not happy. I have a brand new Lenovo laptop connected and I have worked with Insignia and still have fuzzy text, not sharp or clear. Also the screen goes black 2x an hour and comes back. Would not recommend

Hi. We know this could be disorienting sometimes. Speaking from personal experience, that's just how the broadcast of some channels is when using cable TV. In case the issue is very annoying, you are welcome to give us a call, at 877-467-4289 for help on the diagnosis. Charles V. - Insignia Support. BBY-ExBrand_Insignia

This TV is garbage. The Fire interface is hard to use and navigate. It’s full of bugs and slow loading. Most apps quit completely when you leave them — even for a second — so you’ll be seeing lots of loading and login screens to select your profile. The settings panel does not open in most apps, so you can’t set a sleep timer unless you leave the app. We have fiber internet and there’s still lag/buffering on video. The only reason I bought this over Roku was for the Bluetooth. It was not worth it! Buy a Roku TV.

The most annoying thing I've ever purchased. After a year of owning, the thing started defaulting to a home screen over and over again when I'm watching antenna mode TV. I, literally, have to hold the remote in my hand because every few minutes it auitomatically leaves my program and goes to a home screen. Worst purchase ever and, of course, out of return or warrantly periods.

This tv cost only $140.00 but I thought it would last longer than a month. It comes on for two minutes, then screen goes black. Also emits loud staticky sounds while entire screen is covered with vibrating lines. Will be returning it pronto.

Did not like the fire tv interface. It was to hard you just couldnt turn the tv on and go to channel 2 or what ever channel you wanted. And the remote was really cheap with hardly no options on it.
