    Colors not true. Picture ratios reset at will. Did not work with Xfinity remote. Did not turn on at last channel. Went back to home. Very frustrating and difficult for elderly parents. Returned.

    At first it was operating fine. Then it started to slow down now it is even slow to turn on. I’ve only had it for a month...this sucks. I have geek squad protection...can they help?

    Was looking for a smart tv, but this wasn't a good fit for us. Set up was a hassle, and you need an amazon account with credit card information to use. There are other smart tvs that don't require so much personal information.

    Pick any other tv! This tv response time so awful! Several minutes of awful. As I don’t admit it often we have 8 tvs in our house. We got this as a cheap tv for the kids play room. I can stand for minutes waiting for it to load apps. It’s not my internet as I have 1gbps speed and it’s connected via Ethernet. No other tv is as slow as this pile of crap.

    I only had the television for 20 days, just long enough to be out of the return period, when the standard cable input stopped working. I changed to an HDMI port and that stopped working in under a week. The other two HDMI ports don't work at all. I've tried all of the "remedies." None of them work. All I can do is stream

    Very complicated maneuvering through this tv I'll definitely be returnTV, I've never had a TV wreck my nerves like this one has! Also the xfinity app is not accessible on this tv which is a big deciding factor for me.

    WIFI stopped working after a couple of months

    I've had this TV for just over 3 months and the WIFI is no longer working correctly. It had a very weak WIFI signal to begin with, so I bought a WIFI extender to help. Unfortunately, the WIFI just stops working every 20 minutes or so and I have to restart the WIFI settings. We have a lot of other devices on the same network without these issues. The TV works fine when it is connected, it just doesn't stay that way long. Best Buy also won't help with a return or exchange due to being outside the return window even though it's only been 3 months.

    I thought that Fire TVs would be as good as Roku - no way! Roku is so much better. This TV is not user friendly when searching for various channels via the internet.

    This TV freezes regularly. It also randomly quits apps and changes inputs at random. I've had the TV for six months and the problems started probably two months after I bought it.

    This tv sounds great but it has to be reset every time you turn it on. Why who knows it disconnects from WiFi for no reason No updates or settings to change to fix it

    Purchased in May, inoperable before September. The sad thing is that I hardly used it. My friend purchased the same tv in May as well, and her went out too. Must have been a bad patch.

    I bought this for a guest bedroom. There was ZERO way to add my cable company's app and we had to pay for a converter box from the provider so that guests could watch the TV. Should have paid the extra for the ROKU version.

    Fire tvs are not a good TV. Very limited use. You can't get local news or programs.... Not unless you buy a HD antenna. Would not recommend to anyone...

    I really regret buying this brand. The lag with this TV is 30 seconds to a minute, with everything! Once you select something it plays eventually, but the transitions for a BRAND NEW smart TV is just unacceptable. I bought this as a gift for my son's birthday, and he does not even want to use it because it "takes too long". I looked into returning it, but we had to do so by 15 days after purchase! I bought it ahead of his birthday so it was too late to return by that time. I do NOT RECEOMMEND this TV.
