Disappointed

I've had this TV one day and am already having issues. When researching, it appears this is a longstanding issue with these Fire TVs and surprises me that Best Buy shows this having such high reviews. When the TV is paused, it shuts down after 5 minutes. I have researched and tried multiple ideas from various blogs and there is not a fix, at least not one that requires me to download a program on my computer.

But I bought one a year ago and love it so I’m sure as soon I get this one exchanged I’ll be a happy camper.

I got a two year warranty also this is the 3rd TVs I’ve gotten that does the same thing. Will probably be returning it soon.

Doesnt work

Had to buy a separate firestick to hook up to it wich defeats the purpose of this tv but now everything works good thanks to the firestick. Also forgot to mention that the sound also disappears and had to connect an external speaker in order to get sound out of it.

Picture was blurry. Did not work for me. I do not know what kind of quality tv it is as I did not purchase it for that purpose.

You cannot SCREENCAST to this TV

Why would Amazon take casting away from a TV in 2021. It’s a fine television but come on people the ability to screencast is essential in today’s world.

DOESNOT ALLOW SPECTRUM APP

In Spectrum areas like ours (Albany, NY) this should be plastered all over near these TVs!

It didn't work.

Your Geek Squad persoñ came out for a third visit, knew it was broken and hauled back to store. It has been well over a month and I still don't have a TV. It is supposed to be delivered and installed on Tuesday.

It restarts several times a day, every day. Without warning. The sound doesn't work right at times. Those are my biggest issues. I've never disliked a tv so much, I think I say "I hate this tv" at least once every day, mostly when it decides to restart.

Takes forever to load apps and even changing applications takes absurdly long for a brand new tv. Don’t like how I can’t have a single stand base in the middle.

As this TV's native resolution is 720p is best to have High Definition content ready to watch, as otherwise, picture would suffer distortion.
