Don't Buy This

Owned it for just under 3 months. No matter what I'm watching, it is constantly reverting back to the home screen. If I choose to rewind or FF, when I start again, the screen is blank. Have to rewind or FF again and hope the show comes up again. Funny thing is, we have several TVs, some as old as 10 years and have never had a problem with one single one. So don't I buy a brand new one and think I shouldn't need an extended warranty because have never had a problem with a tv.

store showed trying to deliver when they did not

It showed in process then by the end of the day it showed they tried to deliver and not one actually showed up at my house. Then they put it back on the shelf. In the mean time i have made 3 different phone calls to best buy to resolve the issue and they stated due to the store refunding it without me knowing i had to start all over. But i have to wait to get my money back for up to 10 business days.

RESET MADNESS

First had a problem setting it up, did not realize that you had to tell it to go to last input to have it come on to the programming you wanted. Now it has developed a problem where the only way to turn it on is to unplug it and wait 60 seconds then you can power it back up but then you have to go back into settings and tell the tv to go to hdmi1 to get a picture. Not the best situation for a non-techy 80 year old.

Slow, bad looking TV

32" Class F20 Smart Fire TV

I do not understand how I keep running out of memory and need to constantly clear my cache or delete apps. It does not make sense to me. I decided to just to add a DVD player to it and watch movies the old fashion way. Very upsetting to me. The concept is nice but not worth the trouble of deleting apps all the time.

Insignia Failure

I was a little skeptical about it , due to the price, but all the different brands were comparable for the size / quality.. Well it failed. The past couple week it was going real dim here and there. Finally no matter what I try you can barley see anything. Pretty disappointed
