    It took me 10 minutes to get out of box and on wall mount. An hour later still trying to get channels loaded. The fire tv screen is crowded and messy. Loading apps takes a long time and the deal breaker is I can't get a Spectrum app. The Roku TV is much more user friendly. Best Buy doesn't seem to have an Insignia Roku TV now. That's a shame. Who knows how long it will take me to uninstall and remove my personal information so I can return it.

    4 times in 1 m month ---would not turn with remote useless it was un plugged from power--then had to wait of start up. Would not recommend to anyone!

    Controlling this TV is about as far from intuitive as you can get. On top of that, the software gets into modes you can't get out of with powering off.

    We bought two of these televisions at the same time for kitchen and bedroom. They are terrible. The TV constantly stops in the middle of any show and goes back to home page forcing me to start over with whatever show I am watching. It happens in multiple apps on these TV’s. Other TV’s in the house do not do this so it is not the WiFi or other connections. It’s so frustrating and I would return if I could.

    I really wish I could recommend this TV because at first I just loved it but 4 days after the return timeframe it started turning itself off or just stopping a program and going back to the guide. It will do it multiple times in an hour and sometimes will even turn itself all the way off. Very irritating. I goggled this and found it to be a problem with this model and Insignia does nothing to remedy. I am really upset since it was past the Best Buy return date that it started too.

    It worked for about one year. Then it stopped connecting to my WiFi. I guess I got what I paid for with this cheap TV.

    returned this product. I had to call customer service three times to finally complete the setup. I do not have Alexa. The sleep function was hidden under several items, hold home key for 3 seconds, find the dropdown list, look for the sleep function. The regular channel did not appear when I turned on the TV. Instead I got a promo for Amazon. Never did get that one straightened out. I just wanted something simple. The smart TV was not smart enough to know what I needed.

    This is probably one of the worse tvs I’ve ever purchased . It cuts off randomly or doesn’t cut on at all . The lag is horrendous , I put this tv in my toddlers room and she hates it and barely wants to be in her room anymore and states that the tv sucks . There is no update that can fix this issue so you either deal with it or take it back and unfortunately I missed that window so I’m stuck ..

    Smart Functions Are Unusable

    Within 5 to 10 minutes of watching anything, regardless of the app, the image will freeze and the audio will continue. You have to exit back to the home screen of the app and back into the video to resolve the issue. It is unwatchable. The only way to make this TV useful is to plug a Roku streaming stick into the back of it and then it works just fine. The issue is within the FireTV part of the TV. With the Roku streaming stick everything is great.

    I purchased this tv for my son. Have not had it a month and already having problems with it. He will probably have to return it or get a mew tv.

    I need to use 2 remotes to turn tv on. The picture on the screen is small. They should say it's a 28 inch instead of 32 inch. The instructions are hard to understand.

    Awaiting an escalation and call from a supervisor but after using the tv for less than 3 weeks now the remote stopped doing anything but power on and off. Even changing the batteries ended up with the back not going on again. Best Buy is telling me I can't get one piece replaced. Let that sink in. I will NEVER shop at this store again. If this person tells me this company expects me to haul the entire tv in because the remote died I will scream their ears out of their head.

    Sadly this open box item was defective. It was sold as being tested, but clearly had a problem with the sound system in it. I don't believe it was tested before being put back out on the floor. This is why I rated it as so. Be careful buying open box items. Bestbuy will not exchange the item if it is broken. They will only give your money back if within the return window. We did buy a 39-inch version open box and are very happy with it.

    Returned it after a couple of weeks because it would power on by itself in the middle of the night. Read somewhere that this was a known issue.

    If all you care about is streaming and the built in apps are all you want, this may be fine. Over the air tv or digital cable is a pain to use on this.

    This tv was broken, we set it up for our daughter to return to home and when shdd Ed got home and turned it on there was a big crack a long the side of the tv.
