Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own (3) 32" Insignia TV's and they are great but this one is the worst TV I have ever owned every time you turn it on it is a five minute prosess to get it to work and the sound barley works it is on the loudest setting 100 and still can not hear unless the room is completely silent.

Bad flaw

The TV does not remember the input that you used last. That doesn't sound like a big hassle but this does not mix well with elderly person that basically only knows how to turn on the TV and change the channel.

Thank you for taking the time to review this TV. To change the TV to power up directly to the last input setting, press the Home button on your remote control and select the Settings menu. Then select the Display & Sounds menu and change the Power On setting to Recent Row. With this new setting, the TV will power up to the last input that was watched.

Constantly loses connection.

It worked well up until a few days ago. For some unknown reason it keeps dropping the connection. No amount of resetting the tv or the modem will do anything to fix it. The fire stick they use for their other tv works fine but this tv is a real disappointment. It’s effectively useless right now. I will have to take time out of my day now to call insignia to see what they can do. Meh.

Streaming Won't Work

If using Netflix or Hulu, the picture will never load. It buffers indefinitely. If using Prime it will stream for 5-10 minutes and then the TV shuts itself off. The settings show the internet connection to be "very good" (200 mbps down per Orbi and Sppedtest)) and allows streaming on other devices throughout the rest of the house, but not on this specific TV.

Garbage

I’ve been using them for 78 years for my commercial business. But the return process is so rough I want to return the TV and they gave me the wrong refund. Now you can’t even get a hold of anybody on the phone. Let alone we’ve open up a case and not a manager has contacted me yet

I have followed every work around possible and had my credit cards hacked twice trying to get the apps on fire stick tv. I feel so stupid. Please- only buy Roku TVs- avoid this stress! Bad Stand

It did not snap in or attach with screws so they TV did not sit well on it. it leaned forward or backward. I was afraid it would fall over. So I never got to see if the TV itself was good or not. Could be great if wall mounted.

Disappointing purchase

When she unpacked and set up she could only get half of the screen. Because I waited for her I missed the return deadline. Very disappointed. I have purchased 2 of the insignia tv’s and they have worked fine.
