    We bought the television at Best Buy, in the store, completed the transaction and upon setting it up and turning it on we discovered the screen was cracked. We’ve had tremendous difficulty to obtain a routine return merchandise authorization to exchange the TV for a new one that is not cracked. Today Best Buy has still been to no avail.

    My mother wanted a smart TV......i should have just purchased a regular TV and a fire stick. She has had nothing but issues with thing. Streaming is horrid with it dueto the audio never syncing with the video properly, and the most recent development is that the sound will just randomly cut out entirely. Would not recommend.

    Runs out of storage too fast. I even got a USB to add additional storage like it was recommended and have had zero luck

    THE ONLINE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT UNTIL YUO STARTED INTRODUCING THRID PARTY OPTIONS!!!! I BUY FROM BEST BUY BECAUSE ITS BEST BUY AND THE SERVICE. TRYING TO PUSH THE AD-ONS SUCH AS SMART SHOPPER JUST COST YUO A LIFE LONG CLINET. I'VE PURCHASED TV, COMPUTERS, DVDs GAMES AND NOW WALMART & SMAS CLUB WILL GET THAT OPPORTUNITY AS I HAVE THREE KIDS WHO ALWAYS NEED SOMETHING!!!

    I assumed the Amazon Fire TV would work similar to a Roku, but I have been very disappointed. The apps crash regularly (ABC, ESPN) and my an App is NOT available for my TV Provider (Spectrum.) You also cannot stream to this like you can with a Roku or Apple TV. I'm going to see if I can trade in for a Roku format instead.

    I am quite disappointed with my TV. No sound signal from the sound outlets. A annoying ad from Xfinity that appears each time I turn it on... and at random when working with the computer I have attached to it. AND IT SHUTS ITSELF OFF AT RANDOM WHILE WATCHING TV... I HAVE TO TURN BACK ON AND GO THROUGH THE XFINITY AD AGAIN... INTERUPING MY PROGRAM!!

    I purchased this TV for my son as a Christmas present. It worked great for about 2 weeks. One afternoon he came home from school and turned it on to lines going across the screen. This TV is only hooked up to a PS4, so it is primarily used for gaming only. The picture should not be going out after only 2 weeks. I am highly disappointed!!!

    Insignia does not "communicate with ATT TV . Brought it to the "gurus" and they said the TV had to be mailed off and it would take 2 weeks. I got this answer in the store after waiting 1 week for an appointment. Totally frustrated with the TV , so I brought it back and left the MF there!!!!

    Crazy setup, user interface not great. So much trouble setting up I took it back. Not worth it. Better to buy reg tv and buy a fire stick.

    This tv was delivered to me broken I bought it for my sons birthday which was on Memorial Day he opens its turns it on and the whole screen is cracked inside I go on my Best Buy app and it says item is no longer returnable. Don’t buy this tv is clearly a good deal because they are delivered broken !! The tv was kept safe in my closet since the day I ordered it !
